Multiengineering has commissioned a line for the heat treatment of bulk materials (oven for roasting nuts) in the newly opened Balkan Foods factory. The developed production line for seasoning and roasting of nuts offers high productivity with reduced maintenance and features a built-in conveyor system for the movement of nuts from the storage to the production rooms on the 2. Level in the customer’s production premises with a conveying system that connects the machinery of the technological line and the monitoring system for active quality control (metal detector Thermo Apex 100) – with the ability of automatic rejection of the product in case of metal particles detection.
