Multiengineering offers conveyor belts for the food and light industry. We offer disassembly of old belts, installation, and bonding on site at the customer. We work with a press for gluing textile conveyor belts, which allows us to be flexible according to customer needs. We have extensive experience in the manufacturing of conveyor belts, elevators and conveyor systems.
Textile conveyor belts
Multiengineering offers textile conveyor belts made in Germany. We offer options for the food industry, as well as for other types of manufacturing. We offer canvas of different thickness and worktop materials:
Polyvinyl-Chloride (PVC) is the preferred material for worktops due to its durability and simultaneously high processing convenience. The material can be made softer and more flexible by adding various agents. Its high chemical resistance, including against chlorine, hot water, and steam, as well as against UV radiation. It is also used to make various types of profiles and guides that facilitate product movement.
Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) is a high-quality material, resistant to wear and microbiological attacks. It has a high ductility even at lower temperatures. Its excellent resistance to most cleaning agents makes it preferred for working in environments with high hygiene requirements.

Gluing, mounting and unmounting of textile conveyor belts
We have our own press for gluing textile conveyor belts, which allows us to be flexible to the customer’s size instructions.
The maximum belts’ width is 1000 mm.
We offer on the spot dismantling of old tapes, installation and gluing of new ones. Our taskforce of qualified mechanics will visit you upon request and will replace the belt with a new one.
Modular conveyor belts
A modular belt is built up of individual plastic modules made by precision injection molding and connected to each other by cross bars. Its robust construction is optimized for efficient transport and easy cleaning.
This belt type eliminates the need to be stretched due to the gears connected to the belt, which prevent the belt lag.
The design of conveyors
Multiengineering avail of an engineering task force who might apply their qualifications and experience either for the design/manufacturing of belt conveyors according to certain terms of reference or along with the assignment information provided by the client.
Plastic conveyor belts
They consist of separate modules connected by pins. Due to the low friction, they are applicable for conveyors that function at high processing speeds. Provide stability of the material during the movement.
