Walltopia – Automation

Multiengineering designs, manufactures and installs an automatic quartz sand coating system for Waltopia JSC, is a world leader in the production of climbing walls with over 1 500 projects in more than 50 countries on 6 continents.

The system is designed particularly for the customer’s needs, consists of three driven roller conveyors, a hopper system and a belt conveyor for even sand coating, electrical part and control and allows even application of a layer of sand over the entire width of the product. The productivity of the system is 750 m²/h.
